2018 CAMPGROUND POLICIES:
Camping for both nights is included in your 2-Day GA ticket price (Saturday only passes may only camp Saturday night). Venue gates will open beginning Friday, September 7th at 10:00 AM and will close at 1:00 PM on Sunday, September 9th.

Camping is NOT car camping, but attendees will be able to drive their cars on-site for campsite load-in before parking. All Camping is in a reserved camping section of venue, shortly past the main gate.

Gates will be closed for entry overnight on Friday/Saturday at midnight, and will re-open in the morning at 8 am.

If you wish to arrive on Thursday night to set up your campsite, you can purchase a Thursday Early-Arrival pass for $15 (PRE-SALE ONLY). Gates open at 5 PM on Thursday for Early-Arrival Pass holders.

Because camping will take place inside venue, there will be a small distance from the campground to vehicle parking. Approx. a 5 minute walk.

ALL camping at Valley Fusion Fest will be Family Friendly and QUIET TIME WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED from 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM.


RV TICKET INFO:
VERY limited RV availability!!!

  • $50 per RV
  • GA ticket also required for each person
  • No water refills or gray water dumping provided (Dry camping)
  • Must provide own generator for power (ONLY SILENT GENERATORS ALLOWED)
  • No box trucks or passenger vehicles
  • No RV re-entry
  • RV parking in designated area only

Includes: 20’ x 40’ parking area for your RV, VIP parking for tow vehicle (if necessary)

  • Camping Gear (tent, tarp, sleeping bags, hammock etc.)
  • Blankets
  • Chairs
  • Flow toys/art/camp decor
  • Small luggage lock for your tent
  • Coolers with personal snacks, ice, etc.  NO GLASS PERMITTED.
    • (1) 52 Quart cooler will be permitted for every (2) people in camping party.
    • Coolers will be permitted into campground only and not in venue plazas.
    • All coolers subject to search.


WHAT NOT TO BRING:
  • GLASS

  • Fireworks
  • Illegal Substances
  • Firearms or weapons of any kind
  • Scooters, ATV’s, or personal motorized vehicles.
  • Pets (registered service animals will be allowed with proper I.D. & vest)
